Kwadwo Baah Agyeman (Board Chairman, National Sports Authority) and Dr. Edward Asadu
of Asadu Royal Waste Management, in collaboration with Ghana United Nations
Association (GUNA) has donated ten (10) ultra-modern
hospital beds worth Forty Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (Gh¢45,000) to the
Presbyterian hospital, Agogo.
This was marked with a
brief ceremony on Wednesday, May 8, 2019, at the hospital durbar grounds to
receive and dedicate the beds to the glory of God, by the Chaplain, Rev. Mavis
On behalf of Hon. Kwadwo Baah Agyeman, Dr. Edward Asadu stated that the beds were acquired with the aid of Ghana United Nations Association (GUNA), with the duties and other charges paid by Hon. Kwadwo Baah Agyeman and himself. The General Manager of the Presbyterian Hospital, Agogo, Mr. Alex Kesse Nyamesa, in his remarks, expressed his gratitude to Hon. Kwadwo Baah Agyeman and Dr. Edward Asadu, for their generosity. He also added that the beds have come at the right time to help in the delivery of quality health care to the populace of Asante Akyem and the teeming clients /patients from afar.
